INTRODUCTORY CERTIFICATE IN TOURISM & HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

Introductory Certificate is an open access qualification that is assessed by a written project and a multiple choice on-line examination.

Who is it for?

The OTHM Introductory Certificate is suitable for those who are at the beginning of their careers. Candidates do not necessarily have to have experience of working in the industry at the outset of the course but, if they do not have this experience, students are expected to be working in the industry on a part-time basis during the course.

The Introductory Certificate course allows candidates to acquire useful basic knowledge as a preparation for a career in the industry.

  • Principles of customer service in tourism and hospitality
