School Of Hairdressing

NVQ LEVELS 1, 2 & 3 IN HAIRDRESSING & MANAGEMENT

The hairdressing and management course covers a minimum of 3 levels in City & Guilds NVQ training.

The topics covered include:
Analysis and consultation, anatomy and physiology, customer care, reception duties, health and safety, hair extensions, colouring, relaxing, perming, cutting, thermal styling, barbering, long and short hair design etc.

The course is subject to a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday inclusive of one day a week in a salon placement for the duration of the course. All training pays close attention to both Afro Caribbean and European male and female hairdressing.
