Who is it for?
This program provides Health Care and Management education that will enable students to obtain an internationally recognised Post-Graduate Diploma qualification. It provides participants with the relevant knowledge, concepts and competencies to consolidate, develop, and demonstrate effective and efficient management skills in the Health & Social Care setting. The course also develops academic skills that will facilitate further study at Postgraduate Level.
What will I study?
All modules must be successfully completed to gain the full award. Successful graduates receive 120 M level credits.

ABP EXTENDED POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT IN THE HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE SECTOR (PgDip LMHSC)
What are the entry requirements?
To enrol on this programme students must be 21 years and over with:
- A UK degree or degree equivalent qualification plus Managerial work experience
- Or 2 years professional work experience with HND
- 1 reference from employer if applying on the basis of work experience
- 6.0 IELTS if not studied in English
What can I do next?
Holders of the ABP Extended Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management in the Health and Social Care Sector with two years minimum management experience, preferably in the Health and Social Care sector, will be considered for admission with 120 credits on to the MBA in Executive Leadership and Management at the University of Worcester. This University requires IELTS 6.5 or equivalent for overseas students from non-English speaking Countries.
