If English is not your first language, we offer ESOL courses, through our partner, Ebenezer Centre Learning Centre (ECLC) to develop and improve you English Language skills.
Course Content:
Areas covered are Speaking & Listening, Reading & Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary and Pronunciation for communication in everyday life, education and work.
Courses are offered at the following levels:
Pre-Entry Level (Absolute Beginners)
Entry Level 1 (Beginners)
Entry Level 2 (Elementary)
Entry Level 3 (Pre-Intermediate)
Level 1 (Intermediate)
Duration:
12 weeks per level
Qualification:
City & Guilds Entry Level Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life (Entry 1)
City & Guilds Entry Level Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life (Entry 2)
City & Guilds Entry Level Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life (Entry 3)
City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life .
Progression:
ESOL courses can help provide a pathway to a wider range of courses at CityLBC in subject areas such as Health and Social Care, Hairdressing, Business, Customer Service and Childcare.
